【摘要】：目的:芒硝貼敷臍治療危重病患者不同AGI分級(jí)胃腸功能障礙的效果分析。方法:分別選取2016年1月—2016年12月期間醫(yī)院ICU病房AGI分級(jí)為I、II、III、IV級(jí)的患者各30例作為研究對(duì)象,并分別將其隨機(jī)分配為治療組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)西藥治療,治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予芒硝貼敷臍治療,比較AGI分級(jí)為I、II、III、IV級(jí)患者兩組治療后的胃腸功能恢復(fù)指標(biāo)以及總體療效。結(jié)果:AGI分級(jí)為I、II、III、IV級(jí)的患者治療組的腹脹緩解時(shí)間、腸內(nèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)開(kāi)始時(shí)間均明顯的短于對(duì)照組,比較差異具有顯著性(P0.05);在治療第7天時(shí),AGI分級(jí)為I、II、III的患者治療組APACHEⅡ評(píng)分明顯的低于對(duì)照組,比較差異具有顯著性(P0.05);AGI分級(jí)為II、III級(jí)患者治療組的總有效率明顯的高于對(duì)照組,比較差異具有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:芒硝貼敷臍治療有效的促進(jìn)了危重病患者胃腸功能的恢復(fù),提高了AGI分級(jí)為II、III級(jí)患者的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of application of glauberite on gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill patients with different AGI grades. Methods: from January 2016 to December 2016, 30 patients with grade IV of AGI in ICU wards were selected as the study objects, and were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The patients in the treatment group were treated with the application of glauberite on the basis of the control group. The recovery index of gastrointestinal function and the overall curative effect of the two groups were compared after the treatment.
