【摘要】：目的了解汶川地震后60個(gè)月救災(zāi)志愿者替代性創(chuàng)傷狀況,并探討其影響因素。方法采用方便抽樣法,于2013年8—10月,在唐山地區(qū)選取參加過汶川地震的救災(zāi)志愿者200例,均在地震后3個(gè)月接受過替代性創(chuàng)傷問卷(VTS)簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表調(diào)查,并與其地震后60個(gè)月的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較。相關(guān)性分析采用Pearson相關(guān)分析;影響因素分析采用多元線性回歸分析。結(jié)果地震后60個(gè)月4例(2.0%)救災(zāi)志愿者替代性創(chuàng)傷總分超過理論中值。200例救災(zāi)志愿者地震后60個(gè)月情緒反應(yīng)、認(rèn)知反應(yīng)、生理反應(yīng)得分及VTS總分低于地震后3個(gè)月,行為反應(yīng)得分高于地震后3個(gè)月,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);積極應(yīng)對(duì)、消極應(yīng)對(duì)、對(duì)社會(huì)支持利用度得分及社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表總分低于地震后3個(gè)月,主觀支持、客觀支持得分高于地震后3個(gè)月,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。VTS總分與消極應(yīng)對(duì)得分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),而與主觀支持、客觀支持、對(duì)社會(huì)支持利用度得分及社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表總分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。消極應(yīng)對(duì)是地震后60個(gè)月救災(zāi)志愿者替代性創(chuàng)傷的影響因素(Y=108.758-1.080×消極應(yīng)對(duì)得分,P0.05)。結(jié)論救災(zāi)志愿者在地震后60個(gè)月仍存在著一定程度的替代性創(chuàng)傷,但與地震后3個(gè)月相比,替代性創(chuàng)傷程度降低。同時(shí)其采用消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式次數(shù)越少,產(chǎn)生替代性創(chuàng)傷程度越低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of alternative trauma in disaster relief volunteers 60 months after Wenchuan earthquake and its influencing factors. Methods from August to October 2013, 200 disaster relief volunteers who had participated in Wenchuan earthquake in Tangshan area were selected by convenient sampling method. All of them received VTS (alternative trauma questionnaire) simple coping style questionnaire 3 months after the earthquake. The Social support rating scale was investigated and compared with the data of 60 months after the earthquake. Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used for correlation analysis. Results at 60 months after the earthquake, the total score of alternative trauma in the relief volunteers was higher than that in the theoretical median of .200. The scores of emotional response, cognitive response, physiological response and VTS were lower than those in the third month after the earthquake. The score of behavioral response was higher than that of 3 months after the earthquake, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the scores of positive coping, negative coping, the score of social support utilization and the total score of social support rating scale were lower than those of 3 months after earthquake, and subjective support. The score of objective support was higher than that of 3 months after the earthquake. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The total score of VTS was positively correlated with the score of negative coping (P 0.05), but negatively correlated with the score of subjective support, objective support, the score of social support availability and the total score of social support rating scale (P 0.05). Negative coping was the influencing factor of alternative trauma in disaster relief volunteers 60 months after the earthquake. The score of negative coping was 0.05% (108.758-1.080 脳 negative coping score). Conclusion there is a certain degree of alternative trauma in disaster relief volunteers 60 months after the earthquake, but the degree of alternative trauma is lower than that of 3 months after the earthquake. At the same time, the less the number of negative coping styles, the lower the degree of alternative trauma.
