經(jīng)肺熱稀釋法與胸腔阻抗法測定血流動力學(xué)參數(shù)的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:通過脈波指示劑連續(xù)心排量監(jiān)測法(Pi CCO)和胸腔電生物阻抗法(TEB)測定危重患者血流動力學(xué)參數(shù)的對比研究,評價兩種方法的相關(guān)性。方法:對25例危重癥患者同時應(yīng)用Pi CCO及TEB監(jiān)測心臟指數(shù)(CI)、系統(tǒng)性血管緊張指數(shù)(SVRI)、每搏變異率指數(shù)(SVV)、胸腔內(nèi)血容積指數(shù)(ITBVI)或胸腔內(nèi)液體含量指數(shù)(TFCI)等參數(shù),每隔2 h監(jiān)測1次,連續(xù)監(jiān)測10次,使用Pearson分析比較所測數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:CIPi CCO=(3.64±0.48)L/(min·m~2),CITEB=(2.83±0.32)L/(min·m~2),兩者具有良好的相關(guān)性(r=0.802),SVRI和SVV也具有良好的相關(guān)性(r=0.785,r=0.732),但ITBVI與TFCI的相關(guān)性較差(r=0.214)。結(jié)論 :經(jīng)肺熱稀釋法與胸腔阻抗法測定心輸出量具有良好的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the correlation between pulse indicator continuous cardiac output monitoring (Pi CCO) and thoracic electrical bioimpedance (TEB) in the measurement of hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients. Methods: 25 critically ill patients were monitored with Pi CCO and TEB at the same time, such as cardiac index, systemic vascular tension index, VVV index, intrathoracic blood volume index (ITBVI) or intrathoracic fluid content index (TFCI). Pearson was used to analyze and compare the correlation of measured data for 10 times. Results there was a good correlation between CCO=(3.64 and SVV, but there was a poor correlation between ITBVI and TFCI, but the correlation between ITBVI and TFCI was not so good as that between ITBVI and TFCI, but the correlation between ITBVI and TFCI was lower than that between ITBVI and TFCI, but there was a good correlation between ITBVI and TFCI (r = 0.802) and SVV (r = 0.785), but the correlation between ITBVI and TFCI was lower than that between ITBVI and TFCI (r = 0.21421), but the correlation between ITBVI and TFCI was lower than that between ITBVI and TFCI. Conclusion: there is a good correlation between transpulmonary thermal dilution method and thoracic impedance method in measuring cardiac output.
