【摘要】：目前對(duì)臨床實(shí)踐指南的研究大多關(guān)注指南的質(zhì)量高低,對(duì)實(shí)踐指南的報(bào)告規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)卻關(guān)注度不夠,所以如何規(guī)范指南的撰寫報(bào)告,是循證醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域亟待解決的問(wèn)題。該文采用最新的實(shí)踐指南報(bào)告工具RIGHT標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析國(guó)內(nèi)外最新的2部膿毒癥的實(shí)踐指南,發(fā)現(xiàn)在RIGHT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)7大領(lǐng)域中,二者在基本信息、推薦意見(jiàn)和其他方面3個(gè)領(lǐng)域存在問(wèn)題較少,而在背景、證據(jù)、評(píng)審和質(zhì)量保證、資金資助和利益沖突聲明和管理4個(gè)領(lǐng)域存在很多不足,尤其是國(guó)內(nèi)指南。希望以后在制訂新的膿毒癥或其他領(lǐng)域指南時(shí)要參照RIGHT標(biāo)準(zhǔn),規(guī)范指南的報(bào)告撰寫,尤其是中醫(yī)藥指南的撰寫,更要體現(xiàn)中醫(yī)藥的特色標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the researches on clinical practice guidelines focus on the quality of the guidelines, but not enough on the reporting standards of the practice guidelines. Therefore, how to standardize the writing of the guidelines is an urgent problem in the field of evidence-based medicine. In this paper, the latest practice guidance reporting tool RIGHT standard is used to analyze the latest two practice guidelines for sepsis at home and abroad. It is found that in the 7 fields of RIGHT standard, the two are in the basic information. Recommendations and other areas have few problems, but there are many deficiencies in the four areas of background, evidence, review and quality assurance, financial support and conflict of interest statement and management, especially domestic guidelines. It is hoped that in formulating new guidelines for sepsis or other fields, we should refer to the RIGHT standard, standardize the report of the guide, especially the writing of the guide of Chinese medicine, and reflect the characteristic standard of traditional Chinese medicine.
