【摘要】：目的研究大黃附子湯對急診ICU膿毒癥患者的胃腸功能療效。方法選取2012年5月—2015年5月河南省商丘市第一人民醫(yī)院膿毒癥患者72例,根據(jù)隨機數(shù)表法將患者分為試驗組和對照組,入住ICU病房后均給予急性胃腸功能損傷(AGI)分級評估,對照組給予常規(guī)治療,試驗組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上注入大黃附子湯。觀察治療前后AGI分級評估;ICU病房住院時間、住院總時間、機械通氣時間、使用血管活性藥物或正性肌力藥物時間、新發(fā)生感染率、28 d全因病死率的影響因素。結(jié)果兩組治療前AGI分級情況比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后試驗組AGI分級情況比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組的ICU病房住院時間和住院總時間、使用血管活性藥物或正性肌力藥物時間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗組機械通氣時間、新發(fā)生感染率均低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);大黃附子湯對28 d全因病死率無影響。結(jié)論大黃附子湯有效改善胃腸功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of rhubarb aconite decoction on gastrointestinal function in emergency patients with ICU sepsis. Methods from May 2012 to May 2015, 72 patients with sepsis in the first people's Hospital of Shangqiu City, Henan Province were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients were assessed by acute gastrointestinal function injury (ABI) after admission to ICU ward. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was injected with rhubarb aconite decoction on the basis of the control group. The duration of hospitalization, total hospitalization time, mechanical ventilation time, the time of using vasoactive drugs or positive muscle strength drugs, and the factors influencing the mortality of the patients with new infection rate were observed before and after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in AGI grading between the two groups before treatment, but there was no significant difference in AGI grading between the two groups after treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups in ICU ward hospitalization time and total hospitalization time, the time of using vasoactive drugs or positive muscle drugs, the time of mechanical ventilation and the rate of newly occurring infection in the test group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the fatality rate of 28 days was not affected by Radix et Rhizoma Aconiti decoction. Conclusion Rhubarb aconite decoction can effectively improve gastrointestinal function.
