【摘要】：目的探討硫化氫對組織因子誘導(dǎo)的彌散性血管內(nèi)凝血(DIC)家兔凝血活性的影響。方法健康青紫藍(lán)家兔通過靜脈注射組織因子復(fù)制DIC模型。采用全自動(dòng)凝血分析儀檢測活化部分凝血活酶時(shí)間(APTT)和凝血酶原時(shí)間(PT);凝聚法檢測血漿纖維蛋白(原)降解產(chǎn)物(FDP)。結(jié)果注射組織因子至5 min時(shí),APTT和PT較注射前縮短(P0.05),15、45 min時(shí),APTT和PT較注射前延長(P0.05),注射組織因子后的血樣品,FDP檢測均出現(xiàn)乳膠顆粒凝集;經(jīng)硫化氫處理,注射組織因子前血漿PT無明顯變化,中、高劑量組APTT延長(P0.05),FDP檢測未出現(xiàn)乳膠顆粒凝集;注射組織因子5 min時(shí),中、高劑量組PT較對照組延長(P0.05),高劑量組APTT較對照組延長(P0.05);15、45 min時(shí),PT僅在高劑量時(shí)較對照組延長(P0.05),APTT在中、高劑量時(shí)較對照組均延長(P0.05);FDP檢測,5和15 min時(shí)中、高劑量組的乳膠顆粒凝集較對照組明顯減弱,45 min時(shí),各組的乳膠顆粒凝集均不明顯。結(jié)論硫化氫對實(shí)驗(yàn)性DIC動(dòng)物體外凝血有一定的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of hydrogen sulfide on the coagulation activity of DICs induced by tissue factor. Methods DIC model was induced by intravenous injection of tissue factor in healthy turquoise rabbits. The activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PTT) were detected by automatic coagulation analyzer and the plasma fibrin (proto) degradation product was detected by coagulation method. Results APTT and PT at 5 min after injection were shorter than those at 1545 min before injection, and the blood samples after injection of tissue factor showed latex agglutination, and were treated with hydrogen sulfide. There was no significant change in plasma PT before injection of tissue factor, and no agglutination of latex particles was observed in high dose group (P 0.05), but at 5 min after injection of tissue factor, no agglutination of latex particles was observed in high dose group. PT in the high dose group was longer than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the APTT in the high dose group was longer than that in the control group at 1545 min. The PT in the high dose group was only longer than that in the control group at the middle and middle levels, and in the high dose group compared with the control group, it was also prolonged at 5 and 15 min. The agglutination of latex particles in the high dose group was less than that in the control group for 45 min. Conclusion hydrogen sulfide can inhibit the coagulation of experimental DIC animals in vitro.
