【摘要】：目的:觀察尤瑞克林治療急性分水嶺腦梗死(WSI)的臨床療效。方法:將128例急性(WSI)患者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組,各64例。對(duì)照組患者給予舒血寧注射液15 ml加入0.9%氯化鈉注射液250 ml,ivgtt,qd;治療組患者采用注射用尤瑞克林0.15 PNA單位加入0.9%氯化鈉注射液100 ml,ivgtt,qd,兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組患者治療前及治療后3、7、14 d神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分和臨床療效,并取兩組患者治療后7、14 d血液標(biāo)本,測(cè)定血清補(bǔ)體末端復(fù)合體(TCC)水平。結(jié)果:治療后,治療組患者神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分及總有效率均顯著高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);治療前,兩組患者TCC水平比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后7 d,兩組患者TCC水平均顯著升高,至14 d時(shí),又有所下降,且治療組低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:尤瑞克林能明顯提高急性WSI患者臨床療效,改善患者神經(jīng)功能缺損癥狀及TCC水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of eucrine in the treatment of acute watershed cerebral infarction (WSI). Methods: 128 patients with acute WSI were randomly divided into control group (n = 64) and treatment group (n = 64). The patients in the control group were treated with suxuening injection 15 ml and 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml iv QD, while the patients in the treatment group were treated continuously for 14 days with the addition of 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100ml iv PNA unit for injection. The neurological deficit score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The blood samples of the two groups were collected at 7 and 14 days after treatment, and the serum TCCs were measured. Results: after treatment, the neurological deficit score and the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). At 7 days after treatment, the level of TCC in both groups increased significantly, and then decreased at 14 days, and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Urethrin can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of acute WSI patients, improve the neurological deficit symptoms and TCC level.
