5-HT信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)通路相關(guān)基因多態(tài)性與駕駛員事故傾向性的關(guān)聯(lián)

【摘要】:目的探討5-羥色胺(5-HT)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)通路相關(guān)基因位點(diǎn)多態(tài)性與駕駛員事故傾向性的關(guān)聯(lián)。方法研究對(duì)象來自2014年在廣西工人醫(yī)院體檢的駕駛員,通過問卷調(diào)查將過去5年中發(fā)生≥3次責(zé)任交通事故的駕駛員納入病例組,對(duì)照組按年齡、性別、駕駛車型、駕齡與病例組進(jìn)行成組匹配;對(duì)G蛋白β3亞基(GNβ3)基因rs5443位點(diǎn)、腦源性神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子(BDNF)基因rs6265位點(diǎn)和反應(yīng)元件結(jié)合蛋白(CREB)基因rs6740584位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行單核苷酸多態(tài)性(SNP)基因分型。結(jié)果 rs5443位點(diǎn)基因型頻率分布在病例組與對(duì)照組分布有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(χ2=7.20,P=0.027),rs6265和rs6740584位點(diǎn)基因型頻率在2組分布均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(均P0.05);攜帶rs5443位點(diǎn)突變基因型TT可降低事故傾向性風(fēng)險(xiǎn),rs6265和rs6740584位點(diǎn)多態(tài)性在調(diào)整前后與駕駛員事故傾向性均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)論 GNβ3基因rs5443多態(tài)性與駕駛員的事故傾向性可能有關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the association between the polymorphism of 5 HT signal transduction pathway related gene loci and driver accident tendency. Methods the subjects of the study were drivers who were examined in Guangxi Workers Hospital in 2014. The drivers who had more than 3 traffic accidents in the past 5 years were included in the case group. The control group was controlled by age, sex and type of driving. The driving age was matched with the patient group, and the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were performed on the rs5443 site of G protein 尾 3 subunit, the rs6265 site of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) gene and the rs6740584 locus of response element binding protein (CREBB) gene. Results there was significant difference in the distribution of genotype frequency of rs5443 locus between the case group and the control group (蠂 27.20) and the genotype frequency of rs6740584 locus were not significantly different between the two groups (all P 0.05), TT with rs5443 locus mutation genotype could reduce the accident. Neither Rs6265 nor rs6740584 polymorphism was associated with driver accident tendency before and after adjustment. Conclusion the rs5443 polymorphism of GN 尾 3 gene may be associated with driver's accident tendency.
