【摘要】：膿毒癥的發(fā)病率不斷攀升,病死率仍然居高不下。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),膿毒癥的病理生理機制十分復雜。隨著疾病進展,機體免疫系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)機制失衡,易于出現(xiàn)免疫抑制狀態(tài)。這是造成患者二次機會感染以及死亡的重要原因。近年來,人們?nèi)找嬷匾曖槍C體紊亂狀態(tài)的免疫調(diào)理治療,開展了以各類免疫細胞為調(diào)節(jié)靶點的基礎和臨床研究。多種重組細胞因子、抗體及制劑等表現(xiàn)出良好的生物學活性,部分藥物現(xiàn)已經(jīng)進入臨床試驗階段,并且在改善膿毒癥患者免疫狀態(tài)等方面取得初步療效。因此,免疫調(diào)理治療具有重要研究前景和臨床意義。
[Abstract]:The incidence of sepsis is rising and the mortality remains high. The pathophysiological mechanism of sepsis is very complicated. With the progress of the disease, the immune regulation mechanism of the body is out of balance and prone to immunosuppression. This is an important cause of secondary opportunistic infection and death. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the immune conditioning therapy for the disorder of the body, and the basic and clinical studies have been carried out with all kinds of immune cells as the regulatory targets. A variety of recombinant cytokines, antibodies and preparations have shown good biological activities, some drugs have entered the clinical trial stage, and in improving the immune status of patients with sepsis and other aspects of the preliminary curative effect. Therefore, immune conditioning therapy has an important research prospect and clinical significance.
