【摘要】：丙泊酚(propofol),其化學(xué)名稱為2、6-雙異丙基苯酚,是當(dāng)前在醫(yī)療中廣泛應(yīng)用于麻醉的誘導(dǎo),麻醉的維持以及ICU病房的急危重患者的鎮(zhèn)靜治療的一種新型的,快速的,短時效的全身靜脈麻醉藥,它在麻醉的誘導(dǎo)方面起效非�？�,患者術(shù)后蘇醒的又非常迅速,而且患者的各方面功能恢復(fù)的又比較完善,手術(shù)后患者的惡心以及嘔吐的發(fā)生率又比較低。有專家研究表明：丙泊酚對肝臟能起到很好的保護(hù)作用,本研究以大鼠為研究對象,將24只大鼠隨機(jī)分為3組,每組8只。正常對照組：腹腔注射與靜脈泵注和其他兩組等容積的生理鹽水；LPS組：腹腔注射LPS10mg/kg,同時持續(xù)泵注生理鹽水1ml/h；丙泊酚干預(yù)組：腹腔注射LPS10mg/kg,同時持續(xù)泵注丙泊酚生理鹽水溶液Iml/h,丙泊酚的劑量為5mg/kg/h。觀察點(diǎn)為腹腔注射LPS或生理鹽水后2h和6h。結(jié)果表明,丙泊酚可以降低膿毒癥大鼠血清中ALT, AST, IL-6, TNF-α的水平,同時,還可以減輕膿毒癥大鼠相應(yīng)的毒性癥狀。表明：丙泊酚對膿毒癥大鼠的肝臟損傷有一定的保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Propofol propofolium, whose chemical name is 2o 6- diisopropyl phenol, is a new and rapid method for the induction of anesthesia, maintenance of anesthesia and sedation of critical patients in ICU ward.A short-aged general intravenous anesthetic that works very quickly in induction of anesthesia, which resuscitates very quickly after surgery, and whose various functions have recovered fairly well.The incidence of nausea and vomiting was lower after surgery.Some expert studies have shown that propofol can protect the liver very well. In this study, 24 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 rats in each group.Normal control group: intraperitoneal injection and intravenous injection and the other two groups of the same volume of normal saline LPS group: intraperitoneal injection of LPS 10 mg / kg and continuous infusion of saline 1 ml / h; propofol intervention group: intraperitoneal injection of 10 mg / kg of propofol and continuous infusion of propofol physiologicalThe dose of propofol in saline solution is 5 mg / kg / h.The observation point was 2 h and 6 h after intraperitoneal injection of LPS or saline.The results showed that propofol could decrease the levels of alt, AST, IL-6, TNF- 偽 in serum of septic rats, and also alleviate the corresponding toxic symptoms of sepsis rats.The results showed that propofol had protective effect on liver injury in septic rats.
