【摘要】：目的:觀察ABCD3-I評(píng)分在預(yù)測(cè)急性輕型卒中病情轉(zhuǎn)歸中的價(jià)值。方法:分別采用ABCD、ABCD2、ABCD3、ABCD3-I與ESSEN評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)255例輕型卒中患者進(jìn)行評(píng)分,記錄性別、年齡、梗死部位、高血壓、糖尿病、心臟及血管疾病、臨床癥狀、責(zé)任頸動(dòng)脈狹窄、DWI異常信號(hào)等與各評(píng)分相關(guān)的因素,并觀察患者預(yù)后和早期加重的情況。結(jié)果:255例患者中,90 d內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)歸不良的患者48例。單因素分析顯示轉(zhuǎn)歸不良組與轉(zhuǎn)歸良好組間高血壓、糖尿病、心臟及血管疾病、臨床癥狀、責(zé)任頸動(dòng)脈狹窄、DWI異常信號(hào)差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。ABCD、ABCD2、ABCD3、ABCD3-I與ESSEN評(píng)分預(yù)測(cè)輕型卒中轉(zhuǎn)歸不良的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的ROC曲線下面積(AUC)分別為0.791 0、0.798 3、0.827 9、0.930 0和0.735 9。不同嚴(yán)重程度ABCD3-I評(píng)分組轉(zhuǎn)歸不良和早期進(jìn)展差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:ABCD3-I評(píng)分法可以預(yù)測(cè)急性輕型卒中的轉(zhuǎn)歸,為個(gè)性化治療提供了新的工具。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the value of ABCD3-I score in predicting the outcome of acute mild stroke.Methods: two hundred and fifty-five patients with mild stroke were assessed by ABCD2ACD2ACD3ACD3-I and ESSEN, and their clinical symptoms were recorded, such as sex, age, location of infarction, hypertension, diabetes, heart and vascular diseases.Responsible for carotid stenosis and DWI abnormal signal and other factors related to each score, and to observe the prognosis and early exacerbation of the patients.Results of 255 cases, 48 cases were ill within 90 days.Univariate analysis showed that hypertension, diabetes, heart and vascular diseases, clinical symptoms, and clinical symptoms were found between the bad group and the good group.There were significant differences in the outcome and early progression in ABCD3-I score group with different severity.Conclusion the ratio of ABCD 3-I score can predict the outcome of acute mild stroke and provide a new tool for individualized treatment.
