【摘要】：正顱腦損傷(TBI)導(dǎo)致的功能障礙,對(duì)患者具有重要的影響。盡管腦功能成像在了解TBI病理生理中是不可或缺的,但將腦功能成像研究成果轉(zhuǎn)化為臨床應(yīng)用信息仍很缺乏。筆者專注于幾個(gè)有功能障礙的核心領(lǐng)域,即意識(shí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)功能、認(rèn)知功能、人格及情感,總結(jié)了TBI腦功能成像的最新研究成果,以促進(jìn)TBI患者康復(fù),并為制定神經(jīng)影像學(xué)研究的發(fā)展方向以及理解TBI后神經(jīng)功能的恢復(fù)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Functional disorders caused by positive brain injury (TBI) have important effects on patients, although brain function imaging is indispensable in understanding the pathophysiology of TBI. However, there is still a lack of information to translate the results of brain function imaging into clinical applications. The author focuses on several core areas with functional disorders, namely, consciousness, motor function, cognitive function, personality and emotion. In order to promote the rehabilitation of patients with TBI, this paper summarizes the latest research results of TBI brain function imaging, and provides a theoretical basis for formulating the development direction of neuroimaging research and understanding the recovery of neural function after TBI.
