目的:葡萄糖在小腸的吸收過(guò)程是維持機(jī)體能量平衡的條件,而雌激素則對(duì)機(jī)體起著多方面的調(diào)節(jié)作用。相關(guān)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)雌激素參與調(diào)節(jié)了小腸葡萄糖的吸收,但吸收機(jī)制卻被長(zhǎng)期忽視。因此,在本項(xiàng)研究中,我們對(duì)雌激素在十二指腸葡萄糖吸收中的影響及其機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究,旨在為臨床上肥胖的治療提供理論依據(jù)。方法:1.選擇20-30歲月經(jīng)周期規(guī)律的健康女性志愿者12人,分別在月經(jīng)期（為體內(nèi)雌激素水平最低時(shí)期）和排卵期（為體內(nèi)雌激素水平最高時(shí)期）口服50%葡萄糖行葡萄糖耐量試驗(yàn)（oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT）后,測(cè)定血中葡萄糖水平的變化情況。2.動(dòng)物模型的建立:選擇6周齡性成熟期C57雌鼠80只,分別在全麻下進(jìn)行假手術(shù)和卵巢切除術(shù),把40只去卵巢雌性C57小鼠作為去卵巢組,40只假手術(shù)雌性C57小鼠作為假手術(shù)組。（1）手術(shù)第二天起,每天早上十點(diǎn)定時(shí)稱量小鼠體重。（2）手術(shù)兩周后:（1）處死小鼠,經(jīng)腔靜脈抽血,運(yùn)用放射免疫法（radioimmunoassay,RIA）測(cè)定雌二醇水平。（2）采用Ussing chamber實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察假手術(shù)組（5只）與去卵巢組（5只）在十二指腸黏膜葡萄糖吸收引...
