次氯酸比色熒光探針的研究進(jìn)展

次氯酸(HClO)和次氯酸鈉(NaClO)廣泛存在于生命體和環(huán)境中,并與生命體的健康或疾病密切相關(guān).近年來,為揭示HClO對(duì)生物體的作用及作用機(jī)制,已經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)出許多HClO比色熒光探針,這些次氯酸比色熒光探針由于具有靈敏、快速、高選擇性、可視化和實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而被用于環(huán)境或生物體中HClO或ClO-的檢測(cè).根據(jù)探針對(duì)HClO識(shí)別機(jī)制的不同,將HClO比色熒光探針分為五大類,總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)近五年來次氯酸比色熒光探針的設(shè)計(jì)、特征及實(shí)際應(yīng)用.
