基于Scopus數(shù)據(jù)分析多能干細胞研究領(lǐng)域的文章、作者及高影響力機構(gòu)

背景:多能干細胞為許多疾病治療帶來了新的曙光,各國對該領(lǐng)域的投入和重視都在加強。目的:為從事多能干細胞研究的中國機構(gòu)或作者提供參考,促進該研究領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)量提升與國際競爭力。方法:利用Elsevier公司出版的Scopus數(shù)據(jù)庫,使用關(guān)鍵詞"pluripotent stem cell"OR"pluripotential stem cell"OR"multipotent stem cell"OR"multipotential stem cell"對2014至2018年發(fā)表的多能干細胞研究領(lǐng)域的文獻進行了回顧性檢索,并將檢索得到的文獻利用分析工具SciVaL和微軟軟件Excel2007做統(tǒng)計分析,揭示了全球文獻產(chǎn)出學(xué)者、機構(gòu)、高影響力論文以及中國的研究現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:①2014至2018年Scopus數(shù)據(jù)庫共收錄多能干細胞研究領(lǐng)域文獻18 508篇,領(lǐng)域加權(quán)影響因子為1.43,其中醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科產(chǎn)出6398篇,領(lǐng)域加權(quán)影響因子為1.38,27.7%的文章處于高被引地位,48.4%的文章發(fā)表在高影響力期刊上,27%的文獻是國際合作完成;②發(fā)文量最多的機構(gòu)是哈佛大學(xué)805篇,共有1 732位作者,總被...
