【摘要】：目的:本實(shí)驗(yàn)分別對4和12月齡SPF級布氏田鼠進(jìn)行了血常規(guī)和血生化指標(biāo)的檢測,比較不同月齡布氏田鼠間的差異。方法:檢測12項血常規(guī)指標(biāo),24項血生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:12月齡布氏田鼠的平均血紅細(xì)胞體積、紅細(xì)胞分布寬度、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、乳酸脫氫酶、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、血清總蛋白、肌酸激酶、膽固醇、免疫球蛋白、Ca、Na、Cl、K、P以及谷氨�；D(zhuǎn)移酶高于4月齡田鼠,而血紅蛋白、血小板數(shù)、平均血小板比積、平均血紅蛋白濃度、血清白蛋白、血糖、肌酐、A/G以及尿素氮低于4月齡田鼠。部分指標(biāo)在性別間有顯著差異。結(jié)論:布氏田鼠的血液和生化指標(biāo)隨著月齡增長有顯著變化,而且該變化存在性別差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the blood routine and blood biochemical indexes of SPF grade brucellae voles aged 4 and 12 months, and to compare the differences among Brucella brucellae voles of different ages. Methods: 12 blood routine indexes and 24 blood biochemical indexes were detected.
