KPC型碳青霉烯酶研究概況及進(jìn)展

【摘要】:多重耐藥(MDR)菌株廣泛播散,在抗菌藥物的選擇性壓力下,隨著blaKPC耐藥基因在不同菌種和菌株間播散,進(jìn)一步加劇了抗感染治療的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和成本。本文通過(guò)對(duì)KPC型碳青霉烯酶研究的新進(jìn)展作一簡(jiǎn)要綜述,旨在為產(chǎn)KPC酶耐藥細(xì)菌感染的預(yù)防、治療及感染控制提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Multi-drug resistant strains of (MDR) were widely disseminated. Under the selective pressure of antimicrobial agents, the risk and cost of anti-infection therapy were further aggravated by the spread of blaKPC resistance genes among different strains and strains. In order to provide basis for the prevention, treatment and infection control of drug-resistant bacteria producing KPC, this paper briefly reviewed the recent advances in the study of carbapenem-like enzymes of KPC type.
