間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞系統(tǒng):解析機(jī)體免疫調(diào)控和代謝平衡

【摘要】:間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞由于其獨(dú)特的生物學(xué)特性和臨床應(yīng)用潛能,一直是干細(xì)胞研究的熱點(diǎn)。這里,我首次提出間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞系統(tǒng)新概念:自胚胎發(fā)育早期,經(jīng)歷整個(gè)生長發(fā)育全過程的不同胚層、多個(gè)發(fā)育階段,將亞全能間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞到不同等級(jí)分化潛能間充質(zhì)干/祖細(xì)胞群體統(tǒng)稱為MSC系統(tǒng)。MSC系統(tǒng)的確立具有重要意義:(1)賦予了MSC三大重要生物學(xué)特征,即干細(xì)胞自身特性、組織微環(huán)境功能及免疫調(diào)控功能;(2)平衡機(jī)體免疫與組織代謝;(3)提供高效轉(zhuǎn)化為臨床安全有效的組織特異性干細(xì)胞?傊,該系統(tǒng)很好的解釋了間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞的異質(zhì)性,同時(shí)豐富了我們之前提出的亞全能干細(xì)胞理論,為研究人員更好的理解間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞提供了深厚的理論平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been the focus of stem cell research due to their unique biological characteristics and clinical application potential. Here, for the first time, I put forward a new concept of the mesenchymal stem cell system: from the early stage of embryonic development, it goes through different embryo layers, multiple stages of development throughout the whole process of growth and development. The subtotipotent mesenchymal stem cells into different differentiation potential mesenchymal stem / progenitor cell populations are collectively called MSC system. The establishment of MSC system is of great significance: (1) it gives MSC three important biological characteristics, namely stem cells' own characteristics. Tissue microenvironment function and immune regulation function; (2) to balance immune and tissue metabolism, and (3) to provide highly efficient tissue specific stem cells for clinical application. In a word, the system can explain the heterogeneity of mesenchymal stem cells and enrich the theory of sub-totipotent stem cells, which provides a profound theoretical platform for researchers to better understand mesenchymal stem cells.
