B7家族成員在血液病的表達(dá)及意義

【摘要】:近年來,新的B7家族成員不斷被發(fā)現(xiàn),它們共刺激或共抑制地調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體免疫從而維持外周免疫耐受和抗腫瘤效應(yīng)。一系列研究表明各種B7家族成員在惡性血液病的免疫調(diào)節(jié)中也發(fā)揮重要作用。進(jìn)一步闡明其調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制對(duì)于疾病發(fā)生、進(jìn)展和判斷預(yù)后等具有重要意義,并為臨床治療提供新的靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, new B7 family members have been found to co-stimulate or co-inhibit the regulation of body immunity to maintain peripheral immune tolerance and anti-tumor effects. A series of studies have shown that various B 7 family members also play an important role in the immunomodulation of malignant hematologic diseases. It is important to elucidate its regulatory mechanism for the occurrence, progression and prognosis of the disease, and to provide a new target for clinical treatment.
