文獻名稱：我國部分醫(yī)學院校基礎醫(yī)學考試試題分析

    前言：為了解我國醫(yī)學院�；A醫(yī)學的考試狀況,對中國北方醫(yī)學教育發(fā)展中心13所協(xié)作院校的基礎醫(yī)學部分學科考試試題進行了研究。結果表明在基礎醫(yī)學的考試中,主觀題數(shù)量不足,最難和較難的試題較少,試題中解釋和問題解決型題比重太少。因此,應該加強高層次認知能力試題的研究和開發(fā),提高試卷的測試深度,建立基礎醫(yī)學的現(xiàn)代化試題庫尤為必要。
    To understand the examination condition of preclinical medicine,a research has been made on examination questions from 13 cooperation higher medical schools of North China Center of Medical Education Development.The result shows that in preclinical medical examination the subjective questions,the difficult questions and the questions of interpretation and problem solving kind of questions were in a small quantity.The research and development of high cognitive skills should be strengthened.It is necessary to...
