熱滅活白念珠菌對單核源性樹突狀細(xì)胞microRNA表達(dá)譜的影響

【摘要】:為分析白念珠菌活化的樹突狀細(xì)胞microRNA表達(dá)譜的變化,進(jìn)而為研究microRNA在白念珠菌引發(fā)的固有免疫應(yīng)答過程中的調(diào)節(jié)作用提供參考。我們采用microRNA芯片法分析了白念珠菌刺激前后人單核源性樹突狀細(xì)胞內(nèi)microRNA表達(dá)譜的變化,采用MicroCosm v5、TargetScan 5.1和MICRORNA.ORG預(yù)測差異表達(dá)的microRNA的靶點(diǎn),并對這些靶點(diǎn)進(jìn)行GO和pahway分析。結(jié)果表明白念珠菌可以上調(diào)人單核源性樹突狀細(xì)胞內(nèi)62個(gè)microRNA的表達(dá),下調(diào)4個(gè)microRNA的表達(dá)。這些差異表達(dá)的microRNA的理論靶點(diǎn)廣泛地參與了多個(gè)生物學(xué)過程以及多條信號通路。
[Abstract]:It is useful to analyze the expression profile of microRNA in dendritic cells activated by Candida albicans and to study the regulatory role of microRNA in the innate immune response induced by Candida albicans. The microRNA expression profiles of monocyte derived dendritic cells stimulated by Candida albicans were analyzed by microRNA-chip method. The targets of differentially expressed microRNAs were predicted by MicroCosm v5TargetScan 5.1 and MICRORNA.ORG, and these targets were analyzed by go and pahway. The results showed that Candida albicans could up-regulate the expression of 62 microRNAs and down-regulate the expression of 4 microRNAs in human mononuclear dendritic cells. The theoretical targets of these differentially expressed microRNAs are widely involved in multiple biological processes and multiple signaling pathways.
