【摘要】：抑郁癥是一種情感障礙性疾病,臨床上以興趣缺乏、情緒低落、睡眠障礙等為主要病癥表現(xiàn),部分患者常伴有自殺傾向。目前研究的抑郁發(fā)病機(jī)制主要有:單胺假說、神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)再生假說、神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌假說、表觀遺傳學(xué)假說。近年來的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)糖皮質(zhì)激素和其受體在抑郁的發(fā)病機(jī)制中起著重要的作用。糖皮質(zhì)激素是腎上腺分泌的一種激素,在長(zhǎng)期應(yīng)激的作用下,HPA軸持續(xù)激活,導(dǎo)致糖皮質(zhì)激素的持續(xù)分泌,引起神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)紊亂,在抑郁的發(fā)病機(jī)制中有重要意義。該文主要針對(duì)糖皮質(zhì)激素及其受體對(duì)抑郁發(fā)病相關(guān)機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Depression is a kind of affective disorder. The main symptoms are lack of interest, depression and sleep disorder. Some patients are often accompanied by suicide. The main mechanisms of depression are monoamine hypothesis, neurotrophic regeneration hypothesis, neuroendocrine hypothesis, epigenetic hypothesis. Glucocorticoid and its receptor play an important role in the pathogenesis of depression. Glucocorticoid is a hormone secreted by the adrenal gland. The HPA axis continues to activate under the action of long-term stress, causing the continuous secretion of glucocorticoid and causing neuroendocrine disorder, which is of great significance in the pathogenesis of depression. This article is mainly concerned with the pathogenesis of depression. The research progress of glucocorticoids and their receptors on depression is reviewed.
