【摘要】：男女之間存在的相似點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn),一直是人們想關(guān)注和研究的熱門話題,而且性別差異的研究也是在社會(huì)和認(rèn)知科學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的一項(xiàng)持續(xù)性的研究方向。現(xiàn)有的很多研究已經(jīng)表明人們的認(rèn)知及行為與我們的大腦存在著非常密切的聯(lián)系。本文運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代神經(jīng)影像學(xué)的成像技術(shù),來(lái)探究男女在大腦結(jié)構(gòu)以及其與功能的聯(lián)系上可能存在的差別。在本文研究中,我們對(duì)71名健康男女被試的彌散張量成像和靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,先利用TBSS方法分析男女大腦結(jié)構(gòu)在局部區(qū)域?qū)用嫔峡赡艽嬖诘牟町?然后運(yùn)用圖論的拓?fù)鋵傩约粗饕荝ich Club結(jié)構(gòu)的研究方法分析男女大腦結(jié)構(gòu)在全局區(qū)域?qū)用嫔峡赡艽嬖诘牟町?最后在5個(gè)功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)中結(jié)合前面的兩種結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)FA和NOS來(lái)直接探討大腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的相關(guān)聯(lián)系。TBSS分析方法研究發(fā)現(xiàn):女性不存在比男性FA值高的區(qū)域,但是男性存在高FA值區(qū)域,主要包括右內(nèi)側(cè)丘系、胼胝體膝部和胼胝體壓部區(qū)域。這些區(qū)域可能推測(cè)出男性在體覺(jué)感知和協(xié)同運(yùn)動(dòng)方面上比女性更具發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),并且在半球間的功能協(xié)同方面上更具效率。Rich Club結(jié)構(gòu)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):男女都存在著顯著的Rich Club結(jié)構(gòu)。而且,在rich club連接上男女不存在顯著差異,但女性在feeder連接上高于男性。此外,在小世界屬性上,男性的全局效率GE高于女性,并且全局效率GE可能歸因于rich club連接和feeder連接的相互作用:與rich club連接成正相關(guān),與feeder連接成負(fù)相關(guān)。而且,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)了男性在協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和注意力能力上具有固有的優(yōu)勢(shì),但在視覺(jué)能力上男女不存在差異。在感知運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和注意力網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,功能連接FC與rich club連接存在相關(guān)聯(lián)系;但在視覺(jué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,功能連接FC卻與local連接存在相關(guān)聯(lián)系。我們的發(fā)現(xiàn)也證明了在大腦解剖結(jié)構(gòu)總存在兩性異形,并且這種解剖結(jié)構(gòu)差異可能作為潛在的基底結(jié)構(gòu)形成及約束了男女在行為及認(rèn)知功能上的不同。結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的聯(lián)系分析發(fā)現(xiàn):對(duì)于FA與FC的相關(guān)聯(lián)系,在注意力網(wǎng)絡(luò)和視覺(jué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中出現(xiàn)顯著地相關(guān)聯(lián)系,但只出現(xiàn)在女性中,在男性中不存在,而且聯(lián)系為負(fù)性相關(guān),而在感知運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、默認(rèn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和額網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,男女都沒(méi)有存在FA與功能連接FC之間的相關(guān)聯(lián)系。而對(duì)于NOS與FC的相關(guān)聯(lián)系,在5個(gè)功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)中都沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)NOS與功能連接FC之間存在的顯著的相關(guān)聯(lián)系。揭示了女性在注意力和視覺(jué)功能上,大腦的白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)與其存在緊密的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:The similarities and differences between men and women have been a hot topic for attention and research, and the study of gender differences is also a continuous research direction in the field of social and cognitive science. Many existing studies have shown that people's cognition and behavior are closely related to our brains. This paper uses modern neuroimaging imaging techniques to explore the possible differences between men and women in the brain structure and their connection with their functions. In this study, we analyzed the data of diffusion tensor imaging and resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in 71 healthy men and women. First, the TBSS method was used to analyze the brain junctions of men and women. The possible differences in the regional level are constructed, and then the topological properties of the graph theory, that is mainly the Rich Club structure, are used to analyze the possible differences in the global regional level of the brain structure of men and women. Finally, the structure of the brain network is directly discussed in the 5 functional networks, combined with the previous two structural indexes, FA and NOS. The study of functional related.TBSS analysis found that women did not have a higher level of FA than men, but men had high FA areas, including the right medial, the corpus callosum and the corpus callosum region. And the more efficient.Rich Club structure study in interhemispheric functional synergy found that both men and women have a significant Rich Club structure. Moreover, there is no significant difference between men and women on the rich club connection, but women are higher than men on feeder connections. In addition, the global efficiency of men is higher than that of women in the small world property, and the overall global efficiency of men is higher than that of women. And the global efficiency of the male is higher than that of women. Efficiency GE may be attributed to the interaction of rich club connections and feeder connections: positive correlation with rich club and negative correlation with feeder connections. Moreover, we found that men have inherent advantages in coordinating athletic ability and attention ability, but there is no difference in visual ability between men and women. In perception of sports networks and attention networks In the collaterals, the functional connection between FC and rich club connections exists; but in the visual network, the functional connection FC is associated with the local connection. Our findings also demonstrate that there is a total sexual heteromorphism in the anatomical structure of the brain, and this anatomical structural difference may form and constrain the behavior and the behavior of men and women as the underlying structure. The difference in cognitive function. The analysis of the relationship between structure and function shows that there is a significant correlation between FA and FC in the attention network and the visual network, but only in the female, not in the male and in the negative correlation, while in the perceived sports network, the default network and the forehead network have no men and women. There is a correlation between FA and functional connection FC, and there is no significant correlation between the relationship between NOS and FC in the 5 functional networks. It is revealed that the white matter structure of the brain is closely related to the attention and visual function of the female.
