【摘要】：正國(guó)際癌癥研究機(jī)構(gòu)(IARC)2012年公開發(fā)布了第4版WHO乳腺腫瘤分類。新版分類更加注重病理形態(tài)學(xué)類型、分子學(xué)改變、臨床治療和預(yù)后方面的聯(lián)系,充分體現(xiàn)近10年來乳腺腫瘤研究領(lǐng)域的最新進(jìn)展,但新版中部分內(nèi)容也存在爭(zhēng)議。
[Abstract]:The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) released the fourth edition of the WHO Classification of Breast tumors in 2012.The new classification pays more attention to the relationship between pathomorphology, molecular changes, clinical treatment and prognosis, which fully reflects the latest progress in the field of breast cancer research in recent 10 years, but some of the contents of the new edition are still controversial.
