【摘要】：Notch家族是一組進(jìn)化上高度保守的跨膜蛋白,可以廣泛調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞的發(fā)育和分化.越來越多的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),Notch信號通路可以通過調(diào)節(jié)多種免疫細(xì)胞的發(fā)育和功能來調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體的免疫功能.本文綜述了Notch家族的組成,其調(diào)控因素及其靶基因,Notch信號通路對造血干細(xì)胞、固有免疫細(xì)胞和適應(yīng)性免疫細(xì)胞的調(diào)節(jié)作用以及Notch信號通路參與的免疫相關(guān)疾病.Notch信號通路對造血干細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞、樹突狀細(xì)胞、肥大細(xì)胞、T和B淋巴細(xì)胞的發(fā)育和功能的發(fā)揮都有重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用,并參與腫瘤、病毒感染、炎癥反應(yīng)和自身免疫疾病等免疫相關(guān)疾病的發(fā)生.
[Abstract]:Notch family is a group of highly conserved transmembrane proteins, which can regulate cell development and differentiation extensively.More and more studies have found that Notch signaling pathway can regulate the immune function by regulating the development and function of various immune cells.In this review, the composition of Notch family, its regulatory factors and its target gene Notch signaling pathway for hematopoietic stem cells were reviewed.Regulation of innate immune cells and adaptive immune cells and immune-related disease. Notch signaling pathway involved in Notch signaling pathway on hematopoietic stem cells, macrophages, dendritic cells,Mast cells play an important role in the development and function of T and B lymphocytes, and participate in immune-related diseases such as tumor, viral infection, inflammatory reaction and autoimmune diseases.
