【摘要】：Nogo-B是網(wǎng)狀蛋白家族4的重要成員,其廣泛表達于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及外周組織,其亞細胞定位于細胞內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)及細胞膜。研究顯示,Nogo-B主要參與血管損傷、組織修復、再生及炎癥過程的調(diào)控,并可能在腫瘤細胞凋亡及中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中也發(fā)揮重要作用。對Nogo-B的結(jié)構(gòu)及其功能的進一步探索,有助于更加深入地了解其在各種疾病中發(fā)揮作用的機制。
[Abstract]:Nogo-B is an important member of reticular protein family 4, which is widely expressed in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues, and its subcells are located in the endoplasmic reticulum and cell membrane. The regulation of regeneration and inflammation may also play an important role in tumor cell apoptosis and central nervous system disease. Contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms by which it plays a role in various diseases.
