【摘要】：Nogo-B是網(wǎng)狀蛋白家族4的重要成員,其廣泛表達(dá)于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及外周組織,其亞細(xì)胞定位于細(xì)胞內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)及細(xì)胞膜。研究顯示,Nogo-B主要參與血管損傷、組織修復(fù)、再生及炎癥過(guò)程的調(diào)控,并可能在腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡及中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中也發(fā)揮重要作用。對(duì)Nogo-B的結(jié)構(gòu)及其功能的進(jìn)一步探索,有助于更加深入地了解其在各種疾病中發(fā)揮作用的機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Nogo-B is an important member of reticular protein family 4, which is widely expressed in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues, and its subcells are located in the endoplasmic reticulum and cell membrane. The regulation of regeneration and inflammation may also play an important role in tumor cell apoptosis and central nervous system disease. Contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms by which it plays a role in various diseases.
