【摘要】：目的:研究BMP-2與Noggin在新生昆明白小鼠不同皮膚部位毛囊發(fā)育差異中的作用。方法:對(duì)背部、尾部和觸須部皮膚取材,免疫組化檢測(cè)BMP-2和Noggin的表達(dá)分布。結(jié)果:背部毛囊發(fā)育和尾部相似。頭3d都有一個(gè)穩(wěn)態(tài)抑制過(guò)程,BMP-2在毛囊中強(qiáng)烈表達(dá),Noggin只表達(dá)于毛囊上部。4d后背和尾部毛囊發(fā)育迅速,BMP-2表達(dá)降低,Noggin的表達(dá)增強(qiáng)。7d后毛囊發(fā)育變緩,BMP-2集中于毛乳頭、髓質(zhì)和外根鞘處。Noggin表達(dá)于背皮毛囊毛球上部,尾部整個(gè)毛囊表達(dá)很強(qiáng)。觸須部毛囊發(fā)育差異很大,頭3d觸須處毛囊快速生長(zhǎng),BMP-2在毛囊無(wú)表達(dá)。Noggin的表達(dá)從第2d增強(qiáng)。5d后,BMP-2在整個(gè)毛囊中表達(dá),Noggin也持續(xù)表達(dá)于整個(gè)毛囊。結(jié)論:不同皮膚的毛囊發(fā)育存在差異。BMP-2和Noggin的表達(dá)分布的不同對(duì)毛囊的維持穩(wěn)態(tài)和生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育起關(guān)鍵作用,對(duì)不同皮膚毛囊的發(fā)育的差異也起到了表達(dá)調(diào)控的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the role of BMP-2 and Noggin in the development of hair follicles in different skin regions of newborn Kunming white mice. The expression of BMP-2 and Noggin was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: the development of back hair follicles was similar to that of tail. There was a stable inhibition process of BMP-2 in hair follicles on the first 3 days. The strong expression of noggin in hair follicles was only expressed in the hair follicles of the upper part of the hair follicles. 4 days after the hair follicles developed, the hair follicles developed in the back and tail. The expression of BMP-2 decreased rapidly. The expression of Noggin was enhanced. 7 days later, the development of hair follicles slowed down and BMP-2 was concentrated in the dermal papilla. Noggin was expressed in the upper part of the dorsal hair follicle and the outer root sheath, and the whole hair follicle was strongly expressed in the tail. The development of the hair follicles in the tentacles varied greatly. The expression of BMP-2 in hair follicles was increased from day 2 to day 5. The expression of BMP-2 in hair follicles was also continuously expressed in the whole hair follicle. Conclusion: there are differences in the development of hair follicles between different skin. BMP-2 and Noggin. The difference of expression distribution plays a key role in maintaining stable state and growth and development of hair follicles. It also plays a role in regulating the development of different skin follicles.
