【摘要】：目的研究顱神經(jīng)微血管減壓術(shù)的枕下乙狀竇后入路相關(guān)解剖,為臨床手術(shù)提供解剖學(xué)資料。方法 10%甲醛固定并灌注乳膠的中國(guó)人成人頭顱濕性標(biāo)本8例,模擬手術(shù)入路,逐層解剖、觀察橋小腦角區(qū)解剖和主要血管神經(jīng),重點(diǎn)研究上、中、下神經(jīng)血管復(fù)合體的解剖和毗鄰關(guān)系。結(jié)果三叉神經(jīng)入腦干區(qū)與乙狀竇橫竇移行處的距離為(4.4±0.2)cm,面神經(jīng)出腦干區(qū)與乙狀竇橫竇移行處距離為(4.1±0.2)cm,橋小腦池的寬度為(0.2±0.1)cm,小腦絨球高度為(0.3±0.1)cm。結(jié)論通過(guò)經(jīng)枕下乙狀竇后入路,解剖橋小腦角區(qū)神經(jīng)血管,研究骨窗、巖靜脈,上、中、下神經(jīng)血管復(fù)合體,充分認(rèn)識(shí)各個(gè)重要神經(jīng)和血管結(jié)構(gòu)毗鄰關(guān)系,對(duì)手術(shù)有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the related anatomy of suboccipital retrosigmoid sinus approach after microvascular decompression of cranial nerve, and to provide anatomical data for clinical operation. Methods 10% formalin fixed and perfused latex were performed in 8 Chinese adult cranial wet specimens. Anatomic study of the cerebellopontine angle area and the main vessels and nerves were carried out with emphasis on upper and middle. Results the distance between the trigeminal nerve entering the brain stem and the transposition of the sigmoid sinus was 4.4 鹵0.2mm. The distance between the brainstem area of facial nerve and the transposition of sigmoid sinus was 4.1 鹵0.2 cm, and the width of pontine cistern was 0.2 鹵0.1 cm. The height of cerebellar villus is 0.3 鹵0.1 cm. Conclusion the neurovascular complex of bony window, petrosal vein, superior, middle and inferior nerve is studied by transoccipital retrosigmoid sinus approach in the cerebellopontine angle region. It is of great significance to understand the adjacent relationship of the important nerve and vascular structures.
