【摘要】：目的:探討多層螺旋CT(MSCT)圖像后處理技術(shù)在經(jīng)皮肺穿刺活檢術(shù)中的立體定位與測量方法的可行性。方法:隨機(jī)從2013年1月~12月來我院行CT引導(dǎo)下經(jīng)皮肺穿刺活檢患者中收集100例,隨機(jī)分成兩組,50例使用MSCT圖像后處理技術(shù)立體定位法與三維標(biāo)測穿刺針作為研究組,50例使用傳統(tǒng)CT橫斷面定位法與現(xiàn)有穿刺針作為對照組,總結(jié)穿刺次數(shù),確診率,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)比較。結(jié)果:研究組的穿刺次數(shù)的均數(shù)為1.11±0.33次,穿刺診斷準(zhǔn)確率98%(49/50),并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率14%(7/50);對照組的穿刺次數(shù)均數(shù)為4.26±1.86次,穿刺診斷準(zhǔn)確率64%(32/50),并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率80%(40/50);兩組比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:MSCT圖像后處理技術(shù)引導(dǎo)下的立體定位,定位更全面,穿刺更安全,在選擇穿刺點(diǎn)與穿刺路徑上更科學(xué),提高了肺穿刺的確診率,降低了并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率,具有廣闊的推廣與應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of stereotactic localization and measurement of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) image post-processing in percutaneous lung puncture. Methods: from January to December 2013, 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients were treated with MSCT image post-processing stereotactic method and three-dimensional mapping puncture needle as the study group, and 50 patients were treated with the traditional CT cross-section localization method and the existing puncture needle as the control group. The number of puncture, the diagnosis rate and the incidence of complications were summarized and compared statistically.
