【摘要】：目的研究干預(yù)措施對(duì)呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺炎(VAP)發(fā)病率的影響。方法采用目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測(cè)方法,對(duì)某醫(yī)院重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科(ICU)VAP發(fā)病情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。2011年推行手衛(wèi)生干預(yù);2012年實(shí)施組合干預(yù)措施,包括手衛(wèi)生、床頭抬高、每日評(píng)估是否撤機(jī)、兩面針漱口液口腔護(hù)理、合理使用隔離衣、監(jiān)控醫(yī)生和監(jiān)控護(hù)士監(jiān)督制。結(jié)果通過執(zhí)行干預(yù)措施,2010-2013年VAP發(fā)病率逐年下降,分別為10.68‰、8.58‰、3.93‰。結(jié)論合理的組合干預(yù)措施是防控VAP發(fā)病的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of intervention measures on the incidence of (VAP) in ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods objective monitoring method was used to monitor the incidence of (ICU) VAP in the department of critical medicine in a hospital. Hand hygiene intervention was carried out in 2011. In 2012, a combination of interventions, including hand hygiene, bed head elevation, daily assessment of whether to remove the machine, oral care with two-sided needle mouthwash, rational use of isolation clothing, monitoring of doctors and monitoring of nurse supervision, were implemented in 2012.
