穩(wěn)定期慢阻肺患者夜間低氧與日間呼吸衰竭及肺功能損害程度相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的對穩(wěn)定期慢阻肺患者與日間有否呼吸衰竭及與按照肺功能嚴(yán)重程度的分級關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析。方法選取穩(wěn)定期慢阻肺患者,進(jìn)行日間肺功能、血?dú)夥治黾耙归g睡眠監(jiān)測,應(yīng)用SAS11.0統(tǒng)計軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 56例穩(wěn)定期慢阻肺患者M(jìn)Sa02、LSa02與FEV 1%預(yù)計值呈正相關(guān),TB90與FEV 1%預(yù)計值呈負(fù)相關(guān);日間Pa O2與MSa02呈明顯正相關(guān),與TB90呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論在輕中度慢阻肺患者中也存在夜間低氧的問題,不能單純憑借肺功能情況指導(dǎo)患者是否需要夜間氧療;患者日間Pa O2測試對指導(dǎo)患者是否需要夜間氧療具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between respiratory failure and severity of pulmonary function in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Methods the daytime lung function, blood gas analysis and night sleep monitoring were performed in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in stable period. The statistical analysis was carried out by SAS11.0 software. Results there was a positive correlation between MSa02,LSa02 and FEV (1%), a negative correlation between TB90 and FEV (1%), and a significant positive correlation between Pa O 2 and MSa02, and a negative correlation between Pa O 2 and TB90. Conclusion there is also the problem of nocturnal hypoxia in patients with mild to moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It is not possible to rely solely on the pulmonary function to guide the patients whether or not they need nocturnal oxygen therapy, and the daytime Pa O2 test is helpful to guide the patients whether they need nocturnal oxygen therapy.
