【摘要】：正目前,顆粒物污染的健康效應(yīng)日益成為政府和社會(huì)各界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。運(yùn)動(dòng)是增進(jìn)健康最積極、最經(jīng)濟(jì)的一種手段~(〔1〕)。一般來說,隨著運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的增大和持續(xù)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),呼吸頻率加快,肺通氣量增加,氣體擴(kuò)散能力增強(qiáng),顆粒物吸入量也隨之增多。Daigle等~(〔2〕)研究也發(fā)現(xiàn),中等強(qiáng)度自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),由于每分通氣量的增加,顆粒物肺沉積量是靜息時(shí)的4.5倍。因此,

Exercise is the most active and economical way to improve health. (1).)
