【摘要】：正目前,顆粒物污染的健康效應日益成為政府和社會各界關注的焦點。運動是增進健康最積極、最經(jīng)濟的一種手段~(〔1〕)。一般來說,隨著運動強度的增大和持續(xù)時間的延長,呼吸頻率加快,肺通氣量增加,氣體擴散能力增強,顆粒物吸入量也隨之增多。Daigle等~(〔2〕)研究也發(fā)現(xiàn),中等強度自行車運動時,由于每分通氣量的增加,顆粒物肺沉積量是靜息時的4.5倍。因此,

Exercise is the most active and economical way to improve health. (1).)
