【摘要】：目的探討握力測(cè)試對(duì)穩(wěn)定期COPD患者活動(dòng)能力評(píng)估的可靠性。方法對(duì)61例穩(wěn)定期COPD患者進(jìn)行握力測(cè)試、6 min步行測(cè)試,采用ROC曲線分析握力在穩(wěn)定期COPD患者活動(dòng)能力水平評(píng)估中的最佳截點(diǎn)值。結(jié)果穩(wěn)定期COPD患者握力為(33.72±7.47)kgf,6 min步行距離為(437.06±97.96)m,握力與6 min步行距離呈中度正相關(guān)(r=0.404,P=0.001),以6 min步行距離≥350 m為截點(diǎn)進(jìn)行等級(jí)劃分,兩組間握力水平有顯著差異(P0.05)。ROC曲線下面積為0.722,最佳截點(diǎn)值為32.8 kgf。結(jié)論握力測(cè)試可用于穩(wěn)定期COPD患者活動(dòng)能力的快速評(píng)估。當(dāng)握力水平≤32.8 kgf時(shí),穩(wěn)定期COPD患者出現(xiàn)活動(dòng)受限。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability of grip strength test in evaluating the activity ability of patients with stable COPD. Methods 61 patients with stable COPD were tested with grip strength and 6 min walking test. The best point of grip strength was analyzed by ROC curve in evaluating the activity ability of COPD patients in stable period. Results the grip strength of stable COPD patients was (33.72 鹵7.47) kgf,6 min walking distance (437.06 鹵97.96) m.The grip strength was positively correlated with 6 min walking distance (r = 0.404). There was significant difference in grip strength level between the two groups (P0.05 area under). ROC curve was 0.722, and the best cut-off point was 32.8 kgf.).
