【摘要】：奴卡菌是革蘭染色陽性、弱抗酸性、需氧絲狀放線菌,主要感染免疫功能低下者。本文通過總結某院成功救治的1例皮疽奴卡菌所致重癥肺炎患者的診治經過,并結合2006年1月—2016年7月國內外具有完整資料的25例奴卡菌合并重癥肺炎的病案報道進行文獻復習,以提高臨床工作者對肺奴卡菌所致重癥肺炎臨床表現、影像學特點、病原學特征以及診療方案的認識。
[Abstract]:Nucca is Gram-positive, weak acid resistant, aerobic filamentous actinomycetes, mainly infected with low immune function. This paper summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of a case of severe pneumonia caused by Bacillus lucidum in a hospital. In order to improve the clinical manifestation and imaging characteristics of severe pneumonia caused by Nucca pneumoniae, 25 cases of Nocardia pneumoniae combined with severe pneumonia were reviewed from January 2006 to July 2016 at home and abroad. Etiological characteristics and understanding of diagnosis and treatment program.
