肺皮疽奴卡菌重癥肺炎1例并25例病例文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)

【摘要】:奴卡菌是革蘭染色陽性、弱抗酸性、需氧絲狀放線菌,主要感染免疫功能低下者。本文通過總結(jié)某院成功救治的1例皮疽奴卡菌所致重癥肺炎患者的診治經(jīng)過,并結(jié)合2006年1月—2016年7月國(guó)內(nèi)外具有完整資料的25例奴卡菌合并重癥肺炎的病案報(bào)道進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí),以提高臨床工作者對(duì)肺奴卡菌所致重癥肺炎臨床表現(xiàn)、影像學(xué)特點(diǎn)、病原學(xué)特征以及診療方案的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Nucca is Gram-positive, weak acid resistant, aerobic filamentous actinomycetes, mainly infected with low immune function. This paper summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of a case of severe pneumonia caused by Bacillus lucidum in a hospital. In order to improve the clinical manifestation and imaging characteristics of severe pneumonia caused by Nucca pneumoniae, 25 cases of Nocardia pneumoniae combined with severe pneumonia were reviewed from January 2006 to July 2016 at home and abroad. Etiological characteristics and understanding of diagnosis and treatment program.
