【摘要】：目的 評價(jià)溫陽化痰穴貼治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)穩(wěn)定期的臨床療效。方法 篩選社區(qū)COPD患者220例并隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組各110例。對照組給予西藥常規(guī)治療,治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予溫陽化痰穴貼,于農(nóng)歷頭伏、中伏、末伏每伏的第1天開始,每伏各連貼3天,每次貼敷6~8 h。兩組療程均為2年,治療后比較兩組患者中醫(yī)證候療效,并于治療前后評價(jià)兩組中醫(yī)癥狀、生活質(zhì)量、肺功能。結(jié)果 治療組中醫(yī)證候總有效率90.9%,對照組75.4%,治療組中醫(yī)證候療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01)。治療后治療組中醫(yī)癥狀咳嗽、咯痰評分較治療前明顯降低,且較同時(shí)間點(diǎn)對照組咯痰評分降低更為明顯(P0.05)。治療后治療組生存質(zhì)量中生理功能、活力、社會功能、情感職能、精神健康、總體健康評分均較治療前提高,對照組生理功能、情感職能、精神健康較治療前提高(P0.05);治療后治療組軀體疼痛、活力、社會功能、精神健康、總體健康較對照組提高更為明顯(P0.05)。治療前后兩組患者組間及組內(nèi)肺功能比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 溫陽化痰穴貼聯(lián)合常規(guī)療法可改善COPD患者癥狀、提高生活質(zhì)量,較單純常規(guī)療法效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of Wenyang Huatan plaster on (COPD) stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 220 patients with COPD in community were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 110) and control group (n = 110). The control group was given routine treatment of western medicine, the treatment group was treated with warming yang and resolving phlegm points on the basis of the control group, which began on the 1st day of the first, middle and last volt of the lunar calendar, followed by three consecutive days per volt, and applied for 6h each time. The two groups were treated for 2 years. After the treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndrome was compared between the two groups, and the symptoms, quality of life and lung function of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 90.9 and that in the control group was 75.4. The curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.01). After treatment, the symptoms of cough, expectoration and phlegm score were significantly lower in the treatment group than before treatment, and more significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiological function, vigor, social function, emotional function, mental health and overall health in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment, while in the control group, the physiological function and emotional function were improved. Mental health was higher than that before treatment (P0.05); after treatment, the body pain, vitality, social function, mental health and overall health in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion Wenyang Huatan plaster combined with routine therapy can improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with COPD, and the effect is better than that of simple routine therapy.
