【摘要】：目的:檢測(cè)反復(fù)下呼吸道感染患者外周血中性粒細(xì)胞胞外網(wǎng)狀陷阱(NETs)的形成,評(píng)價(jià)頭孢哌酮鈉舒巴坦鈉對(duì)NETs形成的影響。方法:選取反復(fù)下呼吸道感染患者36例和健康體檢者30名作為病例組和健康對(duì)照組。采用激光共聚焦顯微鏡及掃描電鏡檢測(cè)2組研究對(duì)象NETs的形成情況,并根據(jù)中性粒細(xì)胞的形態(tài)將NETs的形成情況分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ級(jí),計(jì)數(shù)2組研究對(duì)象不同級(jí)別NETs形成細(xì)胞數(shù)量;觀察頭孢哌酮鈉舒巴坦鈉處理前后病例組患者NETs的形成情況。結(jié)果:病例組患者Ⅰ和Ⅱ級(jí)NETs形成細(xì)胞數(shù)量明顯多于健康對(duì)照組(P0.05),而Ⅲ級(jí)NETs形成細(xì)胞數(shù)量少于健康對(duì)照組(P0.05);頭孢哌酮鈉舒巴坦鈉處理后病例組患者Ⅰ和Ⅱ級(jí)NETs形成細(xì)胞數(shù)量明顯少于用藥前(P0.05),而Ⅲ級(jí)NETs形成細(xì)胞數(shù)量多于用藥前(P0.05)。結(jié)論:反復(fù)下呼吸道感染患者體內(nèi)中性粒細(xì)胞能形成大量具有高效抗菌功能的NETs,而頭孢哌酮鈉舒巴坦鈉可以抑制NETs的形成。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the formation of neutrophil extracellular reticular trap (NETs) in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent lower respiratory tract infection and to evaluate the effect of cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium on the formation of NETs.
