【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)上治療囊性肺間質(zhì)纖維化主要針對(duì)該病所致的黏液阻塞及繼發(fā)感染進(jìn)行對(duì)癥治療。近幾年通過(guò)對(duì)囊性纖維化跨膜轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)因子(CFTR)基因進(jìn)行干預(yù),使該病在治療上取得了重大進(jìn)展。作者對(duì)目前臨床上囊性肺間質(zhì)纖維化的常規(guī)治療方法及相關(guān)新療法的進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Traditionally, the treatment of cystic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is aimed at the mucus obstruction and secondary infection caused by the disease. In recent years, great progress has been made in the treatment of cystic fibrosis by intervention of transmembrane transduction factor (CFTR) gene. The authors reviewed the current clinical progress in the treatment of cystic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
