【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)聯(lián)合治療高原地區(qū)慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)對(duì)患者肺功能及炎癥因子的影響。方法:選取2014年4月—2016年8月在本院住院治療的高原地區(qū)穩(wěn)定期COPD患者96例為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組患者給予常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給以注射用益氣復(fù)脈治療,對(duì)比兩組患者治療前后肺功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)[第一秒用力呼氣容積(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC%)以及FEV1所占的預(yù)計(jì)值百分比(FEV1%)]、炎癥因子相關(guān)指標(biāo)[腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、白細(xì)胞介素-8(IL-8)]。結(jié)果:與治療前對(duì)比,治療后觀察組與對(duì)照組患者的FEV1/FVC%、FEV1%均明顯升高,且治療后觀察組患者的FEV1/FVC%、FEV1%較對(duì)照組升高更顯著(P0.05);與治療前對(duì)比,治療后觀察組與對(duì)照組患者的TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8的水平均明顯降低,且治療后觀察組患者的TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8的水平較對(duì)照組改善更顯著,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:常規(guī)西醫(yī)聯(lián)合益氣復(fù)脈治療高原地區(qū)穩(wěn)定期COPD患者可有效改善患者肺功能及炎癥因子水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at high altitude. Methods: 96 stable COPD patients from April 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with invigorating qi and nourishing the pulse for injection. Pulmonary function related indexes [forced expiratory volume (FEV1) / forced vital capacity (FVC%) in the first second and the percentage of FEV1 predicted value (FEV1%)] and inflammatory cytokines (tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: compared with before treatment, FEV1 / FVC+ FEV1% in observation group and control group were significantly increased, and FEV1 / FVC+ FEV1% in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment (P0.05), and compared with that before treatment, FEV1 / FVC5% in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). The levels of TNF- 偽 IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group and the control group were significantly decreased after treatment, and the levels of TNF- 偽 IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: routine western medicine combined with Yiqi Fu-mai can effectively improve pulmonary function and inflammatory factor level in patients with stable COPD at high altitude.
