【摘要】：目的探討葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白(GLUT)-1和生存蛋白(Survivin)表達(dá)在診斷肺腺癌、惡性間皮瘤及反應(yīng)性間皮細(xì)胞增生患者胸腔積液中的臨床意義。方法用免疫組化法檢測肺腺癌、惡性間皮瘤、反應(yīng)性間皮細(xì)胞增生各30例胸水沉渣組織中GLUT-1和Survivin的表達(dá)。結(jié)果肺腺癌、惡性間皮瘤、反應(yīng)性間皮細(xì)胞增生的樣本中GLUT-1陽性率分別為86.7%、83.3%、6.7%;而Survivin陽性率分別為80.0%、76.7%、30.0%。GLUT-1和Surivin在肺腺癌和惡性間皮瘤中染色彌漫性和染色強度方面無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05),但其與反應(yīng)性間皮細(xì)胞增生的樣本差異顯著(P0.01)。結(jié)論 GLUT-I和Surivin可以將反應(yīng)性間皮細(xì)胞增生從肺腺癌和惡性間皮瘤中鑒別出來,但是無法鑒別惡性間皮瘤和肺腺癌。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of glucose transporter (GLUT-1) and survivin (survivin) expression in pleural effusion in patients with lung adenocarcinoma, malignant mesothelioma and reactive mesothelioma. Methods the expressions of GLUT-1 and survivin in 30 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, 30 cases of malignant mesothelioma and 30 cases of reactive mesothelioma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Lung adenocarcinoma, malignant mesothelioma, The positive rates of GLUT-1 in reactive mesothelial cell proliferation samples were 86.7 and 83.3, respectively, while the positive rates of survivin were 80.0 and 76.70.0.GLUT-1 and Surivin were not significantly different in diffuse staining and staining intensity in lung adenocarcinoma and malignant mesothelioma (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between survivin and reactive mesothelioma (P0.05). The difference of cell proliferation samples was significant (P0.01). Conclusion GLUT-I and Surivin can differentiate reactive mesothelial cell proliferation from lung adenocarcinoma and malignant mesothelioma, but can not differentiate malignant mesothelioma from lung adenocarcinoma.
