【摘要】：目的分析支氣管囊腫的臨床表現(xiàn)及影像學(xué)特點。方法回顧性分析23例手術(shù)治療的支氣管囊腫患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、影像學(xué)特點及轉(zhuǎn)歸。結(jié)果 23例中,體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)12例,咳嗽、胸悶11例;縱隔支氣管囊腫21例,肺內(nèi)支氣管囊腫1例,肺外支氣管囊腫1例。術(shù)后隨訪6個月-3年,除1例合并小細胞肺癌預(yù)后差,其余患者均預(yù)后良好。結(jié)論支氣管囊腫臨床表現(xiàn)無特異性,易誤診為縱隔腫瘤,首選手術(shù)治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical and imaging features of bronchial cyst. Methods the clinical manifestations, imaging features and outcome of 23 patients with bronchial cyst were retrospectively analyzed. Results among the 23 cases, 12 cases were found to have cough, 11 cases had chest tightness, 21 cases had mediastinal bronchial cyst, 1 case had intrapulmonary bronchial cyst, and 1 case had extrapulmonary bronchial cyst. The patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years. The prognosis of all patients was good except one case with small cell lung cancer. Conclusion the clinical manifestations of bronchial cysts are nonspecific, easily misdiagnosed as mediastinal tumors, and surgical treatment is the first choice.
