【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)中文版老年人體力活動(dòng)量表(PASE)在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的信效度,以期為我國(guó)老年COPD患者提供有效的體力活動(dòng)測(cè)評(píng)工具。方法采用便利抽樣法,選取2015年3月—2016年5月在天津市第一中心醫(yī)院門診接受治療的符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的COPD患者201例為調(diào)查對(duì)象。采用一般情況調(diào)查表、中文版PASE、國(guó)際體力活動(dòng)問(wèn)卷短卷(IPAQ-S)、健康調(diào)查簡(jiǎn)表(SF-36)、慢性病管理自我效能量表(SES6)對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)查。共發(fā)放問(wèn)卷201份,回收有效問(wèn)卷194份,有效回收率為96.5%。從194例患者中采用便利抽樣法抽取40例攜帶計(jì)步器7 d,記錄7 d的計(jì)步器數(shù)據(jù),并再次讓患者填寫中文版PASE。結(jié)果中文版PASE的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.725。中文版PASE的重測(cè)信度為0.980,休閑性體力活動(dòng)重測(cè)信度為0.944,家務(wù)性體力活動(dòng)重測(cè)信度為0.978,職業(yè)性體力活動(dòng)重測(cè)信度為0.970(P0.001)。中文版PASE中,休閑性體力活動(dòng)的條目水平的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(I-CVI)為1.00,家務(wù)性體力活動(dòng)的I-CVI為0.83~1.00,職業(yè)性體力活動(dòng)的I-CVI為0.83;中文版PASE的全體一致量表水平的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(S-CVI/UA)=0.80,平均量表水平的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(S-CVI/Ave)=0.97。計(jì)步器總步數(shù)與重測(cè)中文版PASE總分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.578,P0.001)。中文版PASE總分與IPAQ-S總分呈正相關(guān)(r_s=0.698,P0.001)。中文版PASE總分與mMRC評(píng)分、DOSE指數(shù)呈負(fù)相關(guān),與SF-36總分、生理機(jī)能(PF)得分、生理職能(RP)得分、一般健康狀況(GH)得分、精力(VT)得分、社會(huì)功能(SF)得分、情感職能(RE)得分、精神健康(MH)得分、SES6總分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論中文版PASE具有良好的信效度,適合在中國(guó)老年COPD患者中應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of physical activity scale (PASE) in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to provide an effective physical activity assessment tool for elderly COPD patients in China. Methods the convenience sampling method was used to select 201 COPD patients who were treated in Tianjin first Central Hospital from March 2015 to May 2016. General situation questionnaire, Chinese version of PASE, International physical activity questionnaire short volume IPAQ-SU, brief form of health survey (SF-36), chronic disease management self-efficacy scale (SES6) were used to investigate the questionnaire. A total of 201 questionnaires were sent out, 194 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 96. 5%. Forty patients with pedometer for 7 days were collected from 194 patients by convenient sampling method. The data of pedometer for 7 days were recorded and the patients were asked to fill out the Chinese version of PASE again. Results the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of the Chinese version of PASE was 0.725. The test-retest reliability of Chinese version of PASE was 0.980, that of recreational physical activity was 0.944, that of domestic physical activity was 0.978, and that of occupational physical activity was 0.970 (P0.001). Chinese version of PASE, The content validity index (I-CVI) of the entry level of leisure physical activity is 1.00, the I-CVI of domestic physical activity is 0.83 / 1.00, and the I-CVI of occupational physical activity is 0.83; the content validity index of the Chinese version of PASE's unanimous level is 0.80, and the average water of the whole scale is 0.80. The content validity index of the flat is 0.97. There was a positive correlation between the total step number of the pedometer and the total score of the retest Chinese version of PASE. There was a positive correlation between the total score of PASE and the total score of IPAQ-S in Chinese version. The total score of the Chinese version of PASE was negatively correlated with the mMRC score and the DOSE index, and was negatively correlated with the total score of SF-36, the score of physiological function, the score of general health status, the score of energy and energy, the score of social function and the score of affective function. The total score of SES6 was positively correlated with that of MH (P 0.05). Conclusion the Chinese version of PASE has good reliability and validity and is suitable for the elderly patients with COPD in China.
