【摘要】：正患者男,50歲,因"體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)縱隔占位半年,咳嗽、咳痰1個(gè)月"入院�；颊甙肽昵绑w檢時(shí)在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行胸部CT示:縱隔囊性占位,包膜可見(jiàn)鈣化。1個(gè)月前,患者出現(xiàn)咳嗽、咳痰,痰呈白色泡沫痰,無(wú)發(fā)熱、咯血、胸痛、心悸及呼吸困難等。癥狀可自行緩解,患者未予
[Abstract]:The patient, 50 years old, was admitted to hospital because of "mediastinal occupation for half a year, cough and expectoration for 1 month". Chest CT showed that mediastinal cystic space occupying and calcification could be seen in the capsule. One month ago, the patient had cough, expectoration, white foam sputum, no fever, hemoptysis, chest pain, palpitations and dyspnea. Symptoms can be alleviated on their own, patients are not given
