【摘要】：目的探討慢性鼻-鼻竇炎與老年支氣管哮喘的相關(guān)性。方法慢性鼻-鼻竇炎的患者70例分為單純性慢性鼻-鼻竇炎(A組,n=31)和慢性鼻-鼻竇炎伴鼻息肉(B組,n=39)兩組,觀察不同分期慢性鼻-鼻竇炎患者的支氣管哮喘和變應(yīng)性鼻炎的發(fā)病率、不同分期慢性鼻-鼻竇炎合并哮喘患者的肺功能、不同分級慢性鼻-鼻竇炎合并鼻息肉患者的支氣管哮喘和變應(yīng)性鼻炎的發(fā)病率、有哮喘的不同分級慢性鼻-鼻竇炎合并鼻息肉患者的肺功能、兩組患者與合并哮喘患者的鼻內(nèi)鏡、鼻竇CT和癥狀的評分。結(jié)果 A組病程明顯低于B組(P=0.009);單純性慢性鼻-鼻竇炎Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期患者并發(fā)支氣管哮喘的概率有顯著差異(P=0.031);8例慢性鼻-鼻竇炎合并哮喘患者的各分期肺功能有顯著差異(P=0.028);單純鼻竇炎合并哮喘患者的癥狀評分明顯高于單純鼻竇炎患者(P0.01)。鼻息肉合并哮喘患者的癥狀評分明顯高于鼻息肉患者(P0.01)。結(jié)論單純性慢性鼻-鼻竇炎與老年患者支氣管哮喘發(fā)病率及肺功能下降密切相關(guān),鼻竇炎老年患者合并支氣管哮喘能夠顯著增加臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between chronic rhinosinusitis and bronchial asthma in the elderly. Methods 70 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were divided into two groups: simple chronic rhinosinusitis group A (n = 31) and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyp group B (n = 39).
