【摘要】：目的分析淄博市塵肺病的分布特點(diǎn),為制定預(yù)防措施提供依據(jù)。方法整理2006-2015年淄博市塵肺病報(bào)告卡,分析病例特征。結(jié)果塵肺病患者總?cè)藬?shù)為1 856例,其中煤工塵肺1 149例,矽肺561例,分別占總患者的61.91%和30.23%;平均診斷年齡為(53.99±11.36)歲,接塵工齡中位數(shù)M(P25、P75)為22(13.5、28.0)年,女性均低于男性,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;女性以矽肺為主,男性以煤工塵肺為主;病例主要集中在煤炭和耐火材料行業(yè);發(fā)病的工種以煤炭混合工為主,占46.71%;塵肺病發(fā)病以2007年人數(shù)最多,2011年達(dá)到最低值后又有上升趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論淄博市塵肺病形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,應(yīng)根據(jù)淄博市塵肺病的發(fā)病特點(diǎn),特別是針對(duì)煤礦企業(yè)和耐火材料行業(yè),制定相應(yīng)的控制措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the distribution of pneumoconiosis in Zibo city, and to provide the basis for making preventive measures. Methods the report card of pneumoconiosis in Zibo city from 2006 to 2015 was analyzed. Results the total number of pneumoconiosis patients was 1 856, including 1 149 cases of coal worker pneumoconiosis. 561 cases (61.91% and 30.23%) of silicosis were diagnosed, the mean diagnostic age was 53.99 鹵11.36 years, and the median length of exposure to dust was 221.55% (28.0) years, which was significantly lower in females than in males, the majority of females were silicosis and the majority of males were coal workers' pneumoconiosis. Cases were mainly concentrated in coal and refractory industry; the main types of work were coal mixed work, accounting for 46.71; the incidence of pneumoconiosis was the most in 2007, and then increased after reaching the lowest value in 2011. Conclusion the situation of pneumoconiosis in Zibo City is severe. According to the characteristics of pneumoconiosis in Zibo city, especially for coal mining enterprises and refractory industry, the corresponding control measures should be formulated.
