【摘要】：目的探討老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者并發(fā)肺結(jié)核的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法選擇老年T2DM并發(fā)肺結(jié)核患者107例作為觀察組,單純老年T2DM患者100例作為對(duì)照組,對(duì)可能影響老年T2DM并發(fā)肺結(jié)核的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采取單因素以及多因素Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果單因素分析顯示,兩組患者在糖尿病病程、體重指數(shù)、Hb A1c、血糖控制情況、飲食控制情況、糖尿病并發(fā)癥、吸煙、結(jié)核接觸史、結(jié)核病家族史、體育鍛煉各因素上具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,血糖控制情況、飲食控制情況、結(jié)核接觸史、體育鍛煉以及吸煙進(jìn)入回歸模型(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)于老年T2DM患者,應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制患者血糖、飲食,戒煙、加強(qiáng)日常體育鍛煉,以預(yù)防患者并發(fā)肺結(jié)核。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus T2DM.Methods 107 elderly patients with T2DM complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as observation group and 100 elderly patients with T2DM as control group. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the related factors that may influence the elderly T2DM complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Results the univariate analysis showed that the two groups were in the course of diabetes, body mass index (BMI) HbA1c, and blood glucose control. Dietary control, diabetes complications, smoking, history of TB exposure, family history of tuberculosis, physical exercise were significantly different in all factors (P 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that blood glucose control, diet control, Conclusion for elderly patients with T2DM, blood sugar, diet, smoking cessation and daily physical exercise should be strictly controlled to prevent pulmonary tuberculosis.
