【摘要】：目的探討無創(chuàng)正壓通氣聯(lián)合纖維支氣管鏡肺灌洗治療重癥肺部感染的臨床效果,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2011年4月-2013年3月重癥肺部感染患者160例,隨機分為兩組,對照組76例患者實施單純無創(chuàng)正壓通氣治療,觀察組84例患者實施無創(chuàng)正壓通氣聯(lián)合纖維支氣管鏡肺灌洗治療;對兩組患者體溫、白細胞計數(shù)、血氣分析結(jié)果進行比較,對治療效果進行評價,所有數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS13.0軟件進行分析。結(jié)果治療后觀察組患者體溫、白細胞計數(shù)、PaO2、PaCO2和SaO2分別為(36.25±0.61)℃、(7.84±3.27)×109/L、(79.20±3.24)mm Hg、(36.48±4.38)mm Hg和(94.16±7.35)%,對照組患者分別為(37.62±0.73)℃、(11.85±4.36)×109/L、(65.64±3.52)mm Hg、(54.07±4.22)mm Hg和(89.79±6.23)%,兩組患者均較治療前有明顯改善,且觀察組患者更為明顯;治療顯效率和總有效率觀察組患者分別為64.29%和94.05%,對照組分別為51.32%和77.66%,觀察組患者均明顯高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在無創(chuàng)正壓通氣的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合纖維支氣管鏡肺灌洗治療,可以有效提高重癥肺部感染患者的治療效果、改善患者預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 160 patients with severe pulmonary infection from April 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. 76 patients in the control group were treated with simple positive pressure ventilation, 84 patients in the observation group were treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined with bronchofiberscope lung lavage, the results of body temperature, white blood cell count and blood gas analysis were compared between the two groups.
