【摘要】：目的:探討彩色多普勒超聲對乳腺葉狀腫瘤與纖維腺瘤鑒別診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:回顧性分析經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的65例乳腺葉狀腫瘤和123例纖維腺瘤患者的綜合超聲表現(xiàn),采用χ2檢驗(yàn)和t檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:形態(tài)為分葉狀在葉狀腫瘤與纖維腺瘤中的檢出率分別為66.15%(43/65)和33.33%(41/123);囊性變在兩組中的檢出率分別為29.23%(19/65)和3.25%(4/123);高回聲分隔在兩組中的檢出率分別為32.31%(21/65)和9.76%(12/123),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而兩組邊界、縱橫比、鈣化灶、后方回聲、腋窩淋巴結(jié)腫大的檢出率比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Ⅲ級(jí)血流信號(hào)在PTB和BF中的檢出率分別為35.38%(23/65)和7.32%(9/123),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:乳腺葉狀腫瘤與纖維腺瘤在超聲表現(xiàn)上存在差異,應(yīng)用彩色多普勒超聲能夠?yàn)閮烧叩蔫b別診斷提供重要依據(jù),對治療方案的制定具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
