全身照射螺旋斷層放療劑量驗(yàn)證與分析

【摘要】:目的初步探討Arc check調(diào)強(qiáng)劑量驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)在全身照射(TBI)螺旋斷層放射治療劑量驗(yàn)證中的意義。方法將9例TBI患者的螺旋斷層放療計(jì)劃移植到Arc check調(diào)強(qiáng)劑量驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)和螺旋斷層放療系統(tǒng)標(biāo)配的Cheese Phantom二維劑量驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行點(diǎn)劑量及γ通過率的劑量驗(yàn)證。用Pearson相關(guān)分析法檢驗(yàn)兩個(gè)驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)點(diǎn)劑量與γ通過率的相關(guān)性,并用配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn)方法檢驗(yàn)其優(yōu)劣性。結(jié)果 Arc check劑量驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)和Cheese Phantom二維劑量驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)劑量測(cè)量值與計(jì)算結(jié)果的平均誤差分別為1.5%和1.7%。采用3%/3 mm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的平均γ通過率分別為97.7%和95.2%。兩個(gè)驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)點(diǎn)劑量的R2值為0.896(P0.01),γ通過率的R2值為0.832(P0.01),且兩個(gè)驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)的驗(yàn)證結(jié)果呈正相關(guān)。但兩個(gè)驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)的驗(yàn)證結(jié)果比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.132,P=0.085)。結(jié)論 Arc check能很好地用于TBI螺旋斷層放療劑量驗(yàn)證工作,為以后的TBI劑量驗(yàn)證提供準(zhǔn)確的臨床質(zhì)量保證。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the significance of Arc check intensity modulation dose verification system in the dose verification of whole body irradiation (TBI) spiral tomography radiotherapy. Methods the spiral tomographic radiotherapy plans of 9 patients with TBI were transferred to the Arc check intensity modulation dose verification system and the Cheese Phantom two-dimensional dose verification system of spiral tomographic radiotherapy system for the dose verification of point dose and gamma pass rate. Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between dose and gamma pass rate of the two verification systems, and pairing t test was used to test their advantages and disadvantages. Results the average errors between the point dosimetry values and the calculated results of Arc check dose verification system and Cheese Phantom two-dimensional dose verification system were 1.5% and 1.7%, respectively.
