【摘要】：正患者男,41歲,主因"發(fā)現(xiàn)右大腿根部包塊6個月"入院。查體:右大腿上段內側包塊,約10cm×7cm,形態(tài)欠規(guī)則,質軟,無明顯壓痛。CT檢查:平掃示右側大腿根部肌間隙內見淺分葉狀稍低密度團塊影,邊界較清,內部可見斑片狀稍高密度影(圖1A);增強掃描腫塊呈不均勻強化,內見條片狀強化影(圖1B)。CT診斷:神經鞘瘤。遂行腫瘤切除術,術中見右側大腿上段肌間隙內魚肉狀
[Abstract]:A 41-year-old male was admitted to hospital for 6 months as a result of the discovery of a mass at the root of the right thigh. Body examination: the medial mass of the upper part of the right thigh, about 10cm 脳 7 cm, was irregular in shape, soft in quality and without obvious tenderness. Ct examination showed a shallow lobulated, slightly lower density mass shadow in the muscle space of the root of the right thigh, with a clearer boundary. A slightly speckled high density shadow was seen in the interior (Fig. 1A); Non-uniform enhancement was seen in contrast enhanced mass (Fig. 1B). Ct diagnosis: neurilemmoma. The tumor was resected and the fish in the right upper thigh muscle space was seen during the operation.
