RSNA2014頭頸部影像學(xué)

【摘要】:隨著轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)的深入以及循證醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,頭頸部各種成像方式逐漸規(guī)范化、個(gè)體化,各種功能成像技術(shù)逐步臨床化。能譜CT技術(shù)、低管電壓技術(shù)、C型臂CT機(jī)的應(yīng)用更加廣泛,以提高圖像質(zhì)量及降低頭頸部CT掃描的放射劑量;4D-CT成像、擴(kuò)散加權(quán)成像(單指數(shù)模型、質(zhì)子內(nèi)不相干運(yùn)動(dòng)、非高斯分布的擴(kuò)散峰度成像)、動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)MR成像、CT灌注成像、PET-CT/MR以及超聲彈性成像等正逐漸應(yīng)用于頭頸部病變的診斷且逐步拓展至對(duì)組織功能以及病變療效的評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of transformational medicine and the development of evidence-based medicine, various imaging methods of head and neck are gradually standardized, individualized, and various functional imaging techniques are gradually clinical. Energy spectrum CT technique, low tube voltage technique and C-arm CT machine are more widely used in order to improve image quality and reduce the radiation dose of head and neck CT scan. 4D-CT imaging, diffusion weighted imaging (single exponential model, intraproton incoherent motion, diffusion kurtosis imaging of non-Gao Si distribution), dynamic enhanced MR imaging, CT perfusion imaging, PET-CT/MR and ultrasound elastography are gradually applied in the diagnosis of head and neck lesions and are gradually extended to evaluate the tissue function and the curative effect of the lesions.
